Heating Instructions 

Microwave 

  1. Remove outer packaging. 
  1. Loosen lid slightly. 
  1. Heat on HIGH for 2–3 minutes until hot. 
  1. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. 

Oven 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. 
  1. Transfer meal to an oven-safe dish. 
  1. Cover with foil and heat for 10–12 minutes until heated through. 

Ensure food is heated thoroughly before consumption. 

 

Storage 

Keep refrigerated at 0–5°C. 

Consume within 24 hours if stored chilled. 

If frozen, store at -18°C and consume within 2 months. 

Once reheated, do not reheat again.
