ABOUT US

At Wellness Ability Solutions, we believe independence begins with the skills of daily living.
That’s why our cooking class training and meal preparation services are at the heart of our
support. Participants not only learn how to plan, prepare, and cook nutritious meals in our
purpose-built training kitchen, but they can also access practical help with meal preparation at home, ensuring healthy living every day.

As a registered NDIS provider based in Melbourne (CBD and Preston), we deliver person-
centred services designed to empower people with disabilities to live more independently and meaningfully. With qualified trainers, caring support staff, and modern facilities, we create safe, inclusive environments where participants can build confidence and essential life skills.

Beyond cooking and meal preparation, we offer a wide range of NDIS supports — including
personal care, household tasks, community participation, employment support, and group
activities — all tailored to individual goals.

Our Culinary Team

At Wellness Kitchen, our meals are prepared under the leadership of an internationally experienced, award-winning chef with over 20 years in
professional kitchen operations.

We combine high-quality ingredients, strict food safety standards, and nutritionally balanced menu design to support NDIS participants with reliable,
enjoyable, and consistent meal services.

Our focus is simple: safe, well-prepared meals that promote health, independence, and everyday wellbeing.

Your choice = = flexibility + personalisation

At Wellness Kitchen, we offer flexible, participant-focused meal services designed to support individual needs, preferences, and lifestyles.

Participants can choose from our carefully curated weekly menu, featuring fresh, nutritionally balanced meals prepared by our professional kitchen
team. For those seeking a more personalised approach, we also provide customised meal options tailored to individual dietary requirements, cultural
preferences, and health needs.

In addition, we offer in-home meal support services. Our trained support workers—equipped with food safety knowledge and practical cooking skills—
can attend participants’ residences to prepare meals on-site. This service ensures meals are prepared in accordance with each participant’s cultural
background, religious practices, and specific dietary requirements, while also promoting independence and daily living skills where appropriate.

All services are delivered under structured processes to ensure food safety, hygiene, and consistency, supporting participants’ wellbeing, choice, and
quality of life.
