Ingredients 

Red capsicums (bell peppers), ripe tomatoes, onion, garlic, fresh red chilli (or chilli flakes), vegetable stock, olive oil, cream or coconut cream (optional), smoked paprika (optional), salt, black pepper. 

Garnish:
Spring onions, fresh parsley or coriander leaves, finely diced tomato.

Heating Instructions 

Microwave 

  1. Remove outer packaging and loosen lid. 
  1. Heat on HIGH for 2–3 minutes. 
  1. Stir and allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. 

Stove Top 

  1. Pour soup into saucepan. 
  1. Heat over medium heat for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 

Ensure soup is heated to ≥75°C before consuming. 

 

Storage Instructions 

Refrigerated:
Store at 0–4°C and consume within 24 hours. 

Frozen:
Store at -18°C for up to 2 months. 

After Opening:
Consume immediately and do not refreeze.
