Heating Instructions 

Microwave 

  1. Remove outer packaging and loosen the film lid. 
  1. Heat on HIGH for 3–4 minutes. 
  1. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. 

Oven 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. 
  1. Place meal in an oven-safe dish or tray. 
  1. Heat for 10–12 minutes until hot throughout. 

Ensure food is heated to an internal temperature of ≥75°C before consuming. 

 

Storage Instructions 

Refrigerated:
Store at 0–4°C and consume within 24 hours. 

Frozen:
Store at -18°C for up to 2 months. 

After Opening:
Consume immediately and do not refreeze.
