Heating Instructions 

Microwave 

  1. Remove outer packaging and slightly open film lid. 
  1. Heat on HIGH for 3–4 minutes. 
  1. Stir halfway through heating if possible. 
  1. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. 

Stove Top 

  1. Transfer stew to saucepan. 
  1. Heat over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally. 

Ensure food is heated to an internal temperature of ≥75°C before consuming. 

 

Storage Instructions 

Refrigerated:
Store at 0–4°C and consume within 24 hours. 

Frozen:
Store at -18°C for up to 3 months. 

After Opening:
Consume immediately and do not refreeze.
