Ingredients 

Atlantic salmon fillet, prawns (peeled and deveined), olive oil, garlic, paprika, dried oregano or thyme, lemon zest, green beans, broccoli, zucchini, red capsicum, red onion, fresh parsley or dill, lemon wedges. 

Lemon Cream Sauce:
Butter, shallot or onion, garlic, thickened cream (milk), chicken or fish stock, fresh lemon juice, Dijon mustard (optional), salt and black pepper.

Heating Instructions 

Microwave 

  1. Remove outer packaging and loosen film lid. 
  1. Heat on HIGH for 2–3 minutes. 
  1. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. 

Oven 

  1. Preheat oven to 170–180°C. 
  1. Transfer meal to an oven-safe dish. 
  1. Heat for 8–10 minutes until hot throughout. 

Ensure food is heated to an internal temperature of ≥75°C before consuming. 

 

Storage Instructions 

Refrigerated:
Store at 0–4°C and consume within 24 hours. 

Frozen:
Store at -18°C for up to 2 months. 

After Opening:
Consume immediately and do not refreeze.
