Cooking Classes (Reablement & Social)

  • Group classes for confidence, community and routine. (Kitchen capacity: Max 46 learner per time)
  • Easy-read recipes, visual prompts, adaptive utensils available for multi-culture dishes, dessert, cake and other pastry.

Meal Preparation & Delivery

  • Weekly updated menu via chef-made meals (fresh or frozen), labelled with storage and reheating guidance
  • Menu rotations across global cuisines; seasonal specials
  • Option to tailor to GP/dietitian guidance

For HCP Providers / Case Managers

  1. Make a referral— Send client details, goals, risks/allergies and preferred start date via our secure form or email.
  2. Welcome call— We confirm preferences, access, supports (e.g., carer attendance) and any dietary guidance.
  3. Plan & quote— You receive a clear proposal (class schedule and/or meal plan) with itemised costs.
  4. Schedule— Lock in delivery days or class times (weekly/fortnightly).
  5. Service delivery— We cook, deliver and/or facilitate classes; your client receives easy-read instructions.
  6. Reporting & invoicing— Attendance logs, short progress notes, and itemised invoices sent to your nominated contact.
  7. Review— Quarterly check-ins to adjust menus, textures, portion sizes and goals.

Costs & transparency

  • Itemised billing:Food/ingredients are listed separately from preparation and delivery.
  • No lock-in term:Pause, skip, or change plans with notice.
  • Shopping options:We can use pantry items, shop for you, or include ingredients in your plan—whatever suits your budget.
