Connect with NDIS Providers

Partner With Us – Cooking Class Collaboration

Give your participants practical food skills, confidence, and community connection -without adding to your team’s workload. We co-deliver cooking classes with NDIS providers: you bring the support workers, we bring the chefs, accessible kitchens, and evidence-based programs.

Why collaborate with us

What participants gain

  • Meal planning, budgeting and shopping skills
  • Safe food handling and kitchen safety
  • Nutrition know-how (portion sizes, balanced plates)
  • Step-by-step recipe confidence and independence
  • Social connection in small, supportive groups

Getting started

  • Step 1 — Provider setup: Share provider details, contacts, and invoicing preferences.
  • Step 2 — Service Agreement/Addendum: Defines roles, cancellation terms (per NDIA short-notice rules), and escalation paths.
  • Step 3 — Book classes: We confirm schedule, location, and menus.
  • Step 4 — Go live: Co-deliver sessions and receive regular progress reporting.

Compliance & safeguarding

  • Aligns with NDIS Pricing Arrangements & Price Limits (current).
  • Incident reporting, food-safety controls, hygiene training, and temperature-controlled transport.
  • Participant-centred choice and control, informed consent, and privacy compliance.

How it works (for providers)

  1. Refer a participant via our secure online form (or email).
  2. We confirm eligibility, funding type, allergies, preferences, and support goals.
  3. Menu match (fresh or frozen): choose weekly plans.
  4. Deliver to home or service site; heat-and-eat instructions included.
  5. Check-ins each cycle: portion sizing, textures, satisfaction, and goal progress.
  6. Invoice & notes sent to you/Plan Manager with itemised prep/delivery vs food costs.
